So... this young girl is a born LEADER. She has BIG ideas and she knows what it takes to implement those ideas. She doesn't understand why boys having these same skills are called LEADERS, while some people call her pushy or bossy. However, she doesn't let it get her down or deter her determination. She respectfully corrects people who get confused on this issue. Stand clear, people, here comes a LEADER.
