That really still happens?! Ummm.... yeah!) Some people might think that since she is a female, she must not be as strong or capable as a male. So... this is clearly to honor one of the most distinguished and accomplished people of all time... someone whose life work enabled women to secure a mortgage without a man; someone who fought for a widower's right to receive social security benefits from his late wife... etc, etc.  And, this incredible person happens to have been a woman... and a bad-ass female.

When asked, "When will there be enough women on the Supreme Court?", RBG replied, "When there are nine."  Here's to you, RBG!
